Once your Application to Rent has been Completed, there are 2 Steps that you need to complete.
1. Download The Verification Forms, Sign Them, and Send Them Back to me ASAP.
2. Send The Following Documentation:
- Last 3 Months of Bank Statements From All Applicants.
- Last 2 Paystubs
- Tax Returns for Last 2 Years (if Self Employed)
2. Pay the Application Fee. There is a $45 application fee. This covers UP TO 2 Adults. Each Additional adult is $45.00 each.
